Paldo Shikhye Rice Punch
I was expecting/hoping this would be really chunky and resemble something like rice pudding in drink form. Sadly, this was not the case. Surprisingly, this drink is clear! It's actually pretty delicious. The rice flavor is sweetened just the right amount. It's really light like rice milk is, but it's slightly refreshing. There's ginger on the ingredient list, but unfortunately it's not noticeable. I may be reflecting on the sweet cinnamon punch drink I had (which is also made by Paldo), but I think there is a slight cinnamon taste in the drink.

Olatte Milky & Fruity Apple
Milky and fruity? Interesting. As a scientist, I had to buy this drink. I didn't think that it was going to be bad, but I also didn't really know what to expect. With milk, you're kind of rolling dice. Giant dice. Fun dice that you would roll at a local discount home improvement store in order to get a percentage off of your purchase price. After opening the can, I looked in and it was creamy white. It smelled sweet and fruity and actually quite inviting. I poured some out to two different Mike's, one Kevin, and then myself, the third Mike.
I liked it. It was pretty sweet, but, as you could guess, smooth on account of milks doing. The apple was a pretty truthful apple flavor. I might say green apple if I have to pick. It's pretty good. Nothing like Apple Jacks, like you might imagine apple and milk would taste. That's bad for people who love cereal and think it would be a good idea to bottle and sell cereal milk. I've got news for you, friends. You aren't the only one who has thought of it.

Yogo Vera Pineapple
Unfortunately this does not contain yogurt at all. It's basically tastes like the Aloevine Pineapple drink with milk added to it. I've had a bunch of drinks with milk in them lately, and I haven't been a huge fan. The chunks of aloe in this are no larger than pulp in orange juice. That's disappointment city. The chunks are what makes aloe drinks fun. In conclusion with is like a pulpy pineapple juice with milk. Who wants that?

Paldo Sweet Cinnamon Punch
Fans of Big Red gum take note: this drink is for you. I was expecting this to taste like a mouth full of cinnamon, or a fireball candy. To my surprise, it tastes like liquid Big Red gum. It has a strong cinnamon smell, but the taste is flavorful and mild. The cinnamon taste is rounded out by dried persimmon. There's also ginger in this, but it's so faint I can't even taste it. I can't say I love this drink, because I don't see myself picking this up again. It tastes really good, but I'm not that crazy about cinnamon. But if you really like cinnamon, definitely try this drink.

Korean Ginseng Drink With Root
Jason had previously reviewed a similar drink to this one, so I had some idea what I was getting myself into. I found this at a local Asian supermarket and was simultaneously intrigued and terrified by it. So naturally, I had to try it.
I made sure to drink this over the sink in case it was so bad that it made me puke. Luckily, it wasn't as bad I expected it to be. It wasn't the worst taste in the world, but definitely something I never want to drink again. Jason said it best; it tastes like what I imagine the water run off from a potted plant to taste like.

OranC Pineapple
First off, no I can't read Korean. I purchased this at an Asian market and they put a sticker with the English nutritional facts and ingredients on the English side of the can, covering up most of the artwork.
This comes in a small can, the size of red bull/other energy drinks. I have energy drinks associated with this size of can so I thought this was going to be one as well. To my surprise, it's actually a pineapple soda. And a good one too! Even though it has high fructose corn syrup in it, it doesn't taste as heavy as other HFCS sodas. It's a good pineapple taste too. It's sweet but not too sweet. This is probably due to the fact that it contains pineapple juice concentrate instead of "pineapple flavor" like some sodas do.

Royal King Korean Ginseng Drink With Honey
You know how when you have plants in junky pots you generally put a plate underneath them. It catches the water that seeps out of the dirt after you water them. This tastes exactly like I would expect that runoff water to. I couldn't get more than one sip into me. Our friend Dan also likened it to "sweet creek water." If you're into either of those gross dirty waters, boy do I have an energy boost for you!

Liue Dean Wheat Juice
When you see a bottle of wheat juice for $2.59, walk away. Wheat grass is great and ridiculously healthy. You know what else it is? Expensive. Don't try to convince yourself that you're in an Asian mart and that maybe it's more plentiful there, hence it's way cheaper. You'd be way wrong. It tastes like liquid wheat grass candy. The ingredients say the product name is "rock candy with wheat juice." That's about right for how it tastes. I could see kids really loving this, but me I can't make it through a small glass of it.

HKK Aloe & Yogo Peach
Just look at the color of this stuff. It looks like the milk left over in your bowl after eating some Franken Berry cereal. It's crazy.
It's a mixture of aloe and yogurt, so I expected it to be really thick, but it's not much thicker than your average aloe drink. It also doesn't taste nearly as sweet as the coloring would denote.
I know this sounds stupid but it's like a milk bubble tea. Except the tapioca balls are switched out for aloe chucks and the tea is switched out for aloe juice.
I wouldn't drink this on the regular, but I would like to try other flavors of it.
